An initiative of the Government of Bharat, Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth was launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bharat, Shri Narendra Modi ji, on Monday, 11 December 2023. It aims to materialise the overarching goal of a developed Bharat by 2047. In compliance with the guidelines and the needs of this initiative, the Viksit BharatCell of Pragjyotishpur University (PU) was formally constituted on Monday, 11 January 2024,with members as mentioned below.
